Would also like to ask about proper form for the floor press. Whenever I have done it, it seems difficult to keep the shoulders "packed" throughout the movement. I would assume this is a must though, no?

I can attest to the long arms, benching has always been a weak point for me. I do like this minimalist program. I'll have to try it at some point. It would be the complete opposite of what I do now which is more volume/pump work (a lot because my joints don't like the lower reps)

I was freaking out that T-Nation didn't have an article today. Was worth the wait. I'm kind of stuck in between an ectomorph and something else. I have the arms of an ectomorph, but a really thick torso, hips, long, but massive legs. A bit disproportional.
