Wife Wants to Train Her Legs Hard

my wife who has a great body, wants to train hard to get a set of hot sexy legs. she is one of the few blessed with never ever lifting and still looks great.. at 50. what are some great exerises for her to do to get killer looking sexy legs.
today she started slow and did a set of air squats, then a set of 15# bb squats. she'll slowly progress from there. thanks

well most of these are great
but if you're looking for shaping the legs, beyond the basic squats and dl's, single leg versions of lunges, bulgarian deads, lateral lunges, all really important.

personally, i don't coach anyone to use machines for legs with load - and then only for finishing - they have to be really advanced/competing before they get near a leg machine, whether, press, curl extension. Open kinetic chain work for legs - the cost/benefit just isn't there for early work, and it torques the knee/pelvis in ways we aren't optimally designed to work.

Can get awesome results just from working single leg work and the big squat/dl

Likewise the lesser known kb swing is great for the whole lower body and especially the butt, while doing endurance/power work for vo2.
