Your right. I don't think it is going to happen. There is too much going on.

There is a small chance because they are starting to train me to be the babysitter, but I could only babysit on weekends. Their training split is
Diaper changes 5X5
Burping baby 20X20
Reading to him 20x20
Throwing balls and nerf frisbees 10x10
Feeding him 3X3

They taught the 1.9 year old a few sign languages, which is interesting.."more" is his favorite.

Thanks for posting all this amazing info. It certainly helps out newbies like myself who are searching for a clue.

After reading the "Fat to Figure" article...I am having 5th-6th thoughts about competeing.Yikes.

hey whats up i'm pretty new to the site I have a girlfriend who i have been with for sometime now and she works out cosntantly! she does a lot of turb jam videos and cardio at the gym. I think her workout has plateaued. She doesnt like to take my advice when it comes to training because she fels like she knows what she is doing although I have trained my body on so many athletic levels.

How can I motivate her to not be afraid to take my advice whole heartedly (I am never overbearing or push my philosophies down her throat) but, She just feels her body will never improve past where it is now within 10 pounds and that its genetic also she has the same female stigma when it comes to weight training ( I don't want to look like a man syndrome) I have explained to her the benefits of weight training but, i see true potential in her body!

I see her dedication every morning at 5am doing her videos but, as I said before I think the progress has leveled off. what nutrition tips should we both follow and what weight design would best benefit her?

I am new to this site as well on the advice of a male friend who visits qutie often. Thanks for posting all the articles together....it will save me a lot of time searching. This site is awesome....I have learned so much already, implemented a lot of changes and have already been seeing results in the past few weeks.

On a side note I have ordered the HRX and should be getting it today....I feel like a kid at christmas I am so excited to try it. I have just had my BF% done, so if anyone is interested I will track how it goes and how effective they are for women.

What happened to these articles? The links seem to be dead and I can't google or search inside T-Nation to find them. Was hoping to show them to my girlfriend...any help would be appreciated!
