hey whats up i'm pretty new to the site I have a girlfriend who i have been with for sometime now and she works out cosntantly! she does a lot of turb jam videos and cardio at the gym. I think her workout has plateaued. She doesnt like to take my advice when it comes to training because she fels like she knows what she is doing although I have trained my body on so many athletic levels.
How can I motivate her to not be afraid to take my advice whole heartedly (I am never overbearing or push my philosophies down her throat) but, She just feels her body will never improve past where it is now within 10 pounds and that its genetic also she has the same female stigma when it comes to weight training ( I don't want to look like a man syndrome) I have explained to her the benefits of weight training but, i see true potential in her body!
I see her dedication every morning at 5am doing her videos but, as I said before I think the progress has leveled off. what nutrition tips should we both follow and what weight design would best benefit her?
