If you have the option, swimming laps on non-lifting days would be helpful for that type of figure. Combining sets of breast-stroke and butterfly (if you can execute it right) with a lifting routine might be more effective then solely focusing on weights or body weight exercises. Obviously this applies to cardio in general, but swimming will help build your legs while toning your core and arms.
