Hey Ladies.

Need a little help. My fiance has recently showed and interest in working out and wants to start coming to the gym with me.

Goals:

Firm up
Get stronger
Drop some bodyfat.

By no means is she overweight or out of shape she just wants to get In shape.

Height: 5'2
Weight: 120lbs

Experience.
None really.

My question is where do i start her off?

She will be working out maybe 3/4 times a week.

The main lifts?

Military
Squat
Bench
Deadlift
Core work.

Any help would be appreciated.

Just so i can throw a basic plan together for her so she can crack on in the gym without it interfering with my workout and programme.

How do you train? There's no need to treat her any different in the gym just because she has a pussy.

However, judging from her goals she seems to be afraid to build muscle, which is the main purpose of a gym (I always found steady-state-cardio more effective for fat loss as opposed to weights). So yeah, you should def. question her about her motivation to work out to get you both on the same page.
