By the way, I thought this bra pic that my husband found would be appropriate for this thread. (It is NOT a pic of me but what a cool bra, huh?) I think it would make an excellent bikini top for the beach but what would you wear down below to match?

My husband has an idea...............

It involves the same basic concept as the bra but........... one of the fingers.......... maybe the middle one........... would serve as an anchor....... you know, to keep it in place......

Great idea, but I can think of better anchors than that ;)

I'm thinking a black miniskirt and high heels would look great with that 'top'

I am surprised Karma did not post here yet. She said she had done some research on boob jobs. And it looks like she got one too. But it`s been a while since I saw her photos, so I could be wrong on the last count.

Well, SG didn't really have any questions or concerns that needed addressing (at least by the time I came back online). She seems happy with them; god bless her! And yup, my boobies are about 2 years old now. LOVE THEM! Soft, squishy, bouncy 36DD's. There's a pic in the "Best Rack" thread.... It really sucks to lose bodyfat and get better in that department but then ya lose your tits! I'm damn glad I got 'em back now.

Okay southern girl and Buckeye,
I am 22 and train daily, just got a boob job (under muscle) last December. Here is how it goes... my doctor said never to do direct chest lifting above 25lbs again. Let me say that in the beginning I couldnt imagine doing it again anyway. I was back in the gym the next week but did absolutely no upper body for a month. having implants put under an already large chest muscle felt like a rock in my chest for weeks, not painful just stiff. I was also warned that the breast may be pushed outwards by excessive muscle contraction. So by now I am back to my normal routine but I do take it very easy on the chest, not too much weight. So far no ill effects. Also I have not yet received any complaints on my breast yet... ;)
Good Luck Training
Oh btw does anyone have advice for me on AAS I train naturally now but would like to step it up a bit.
Thanks

Thanks annie,

It's been almost a year since my boob job...this is a really old thread :) I started this thread asking advice from others before I got my implants, then after I got them I continued discussing what happened to me along the way due to women and husbands asking me specific questions. Now it's sorta like a information source for other women who may be interested in getting implants. But thank you anyway :)

Ok well now you're scaring me!! I got mine done in april and have been doing heavy (for me at least) chest/bench presses. Like 75lbs. I've noticed that when I flex my chest they move outwards. But when I don't, like most of the time, they are still the same as always.
I'm going to call or email my PS and find out... I don't think he knew I was lifting that much....

Hey annie,

Southerngirl just did 75lb for 8 on the incline bench, and so far no pressing motion has caused any problems. The only exercises that would be suspect are flying motions, as they tend to really stretch the muscle over the implant and have caused her a lot of discomfort.

On the AAS, anavar I presume? What are your goals? If you are trying to gain weight, I would recommend upping the volume slightly, nothing drastic by any means, 15% increase maybe, but generally just train the way you normally do. You'll probably find that you can lift heavier more often and with slightly higher volume, and since anavar promotes collagen synthesis, your joints should be in good shape. If you are sheddin', don't modify anything, just let the AAS do its work of preserving what you have.

I just frantically went through the entire thread trying to find your implant pics so I could compliment you on them, I didn't find any. If you post some pics I will be sure to compliment them.

Hey there WguitarG
I am not using any AAS right now, so are you suggesting "anavar"
If so that is what I have heard from several other sources as well.
Any suggestions on starting dose and then also when to increase?? Also I am in Med school and work at least 40 hrs/wk... so my diet has gone to crap, any suggestions there?

Hey annie,

My girlfriend, SouthernGirl, definitely knows the pains of school, as she's looking to be a cardiac surgeon herself, but I have to give the nod Jill's recommendation to take a look at the steroid thread for women. It appears like you do not have your training, diet, and rest in order, which are, by far, the most important things and you might as well take any AAS and flush it down the toilet if those are not. Taking AAS will not make up for a poor diet, even in the short run, and why take the risk now when still in med school, as that could easily prevent ou from obtaining a license to practice medicine. I, nor SG, have ever done AAS, but I have done extensive research on the subject for future reference, and I suggest you do the same. There is plenty of good info right here on this site and a little Google never hurt anyone, as we are not allowed to post links to other sites, but I suggest you get your training and diet in order and take your body as far as you can naturally before venturing down that road.

If you would like southerngirl to give you some tips for maintaining a sensible diet and training regimen while in school, don't hesitate to pm her.

This is only my 2nd post - funny I should post here. I know things are real baaaaaddddd when I'm jogging with a tight tank bra-less. No flopping here, believe me. I read most of the replies but not all. I am a person in need.

The pretend reason for this post is to state the fact that fake boobs are for fake people. The real reason for this post is I am jealous. I believe the "set" you have is the set I've picked for myself. If I post pics of myself would a fund be started to help me on my way? I believe I am in the "needy" group. Five dollars a person would go a long way - not to worry - I'll post pics from every angle and you're money won't be wasted. If you'd like a test "is this real or fake" after you've contributed not a problem.
