More important than your training, have you considered revising your nutrition plan?

There's nothing at all wrong with a well-designed vegan plan, but going high carb/low fat/low protein is (still) not what we want to be doing.

New Rules of Lifting for Women is a good book for a beginner and it demonstrates how to do everything :)

Thanks. I have forgotten about the Fast Fat Loss Program I had used to enjoy it.

I dont think veganism is impossible.
