KennyCrox: The deadlift is not a leg press. "It may help to think of the start of the pull as a standing leg press" is incorrect for a Conventional Deadlifters. Chris Shugart: @jtbrown: Very difficult to get everything you need from a vegetarian diet without a lot of supplementation. Also, if she's a "healthy" vegetarian (as opposed to what I call a Twinkie vegetarian), too much fiber can also cause more problems than adequate fiber intake fixes. But digestive issues are complex, so it's very tough to guess the causes because there are so many varied causes. Make sure she's getting iron and saturated fat (coconut oil) as well.

Do you think being vegetarian can cause digestive problems and that being vegetarian does not allow you to be getting all the necessary nutrients our bodies need? Jesse Irizarry: @phatphit - I agree with DSSG and PhilGER. These are pretty basic movements if you're trying to stay as strong as you can.
