Lee Boyce: @andrewk369: I'd say to make the AM compound movements more emphasized towards heavier sets, lower reps, and a CNS blast. Strength training is a different beast in some capacities, so in my opinion you wouldn't want to do this for strength for quite as long - the nervous system would need a break from all the 2-a-days when coupled with really heavy lifting.

andrewk369: this looks like a great program. What would be a good way to tweak this for strength gaining?

Chris Shugart: @brandon76: It also depends on where you started. For someone eating junk food with a lot of fat to lose, I'd compare this method in speed to the V-Diet. For someone who's already leaner and has already cleaned up most of their diet, fat loss is never as fast. But as you said, to me this new method is all about gym performance and body comp changes: lose fat, build some muscle, set PRs. And it's easy and convenient.

brandon76: @CS: So the fat is starting to come off after week 2...I think I was comparing to a Vdiet and Hotrox where it came off really fast. However this way is steady and actually putting on muscle while leaning out. So patience is the key here, not how fast I can lean out you know?
