Hey ladies and gents! It has been a blast so far, and I can't wait to see what else I can achieve. I want to reach great heights with my physique and my attitude. I'm gonna bring the dedication and mental fortitude that I know I have. I love to train, and nothing will keep me from soaring to the stars. I am also getting certified to be a trainer in a few weeks, so that will be a whole new type of adventure. Watch me make my lil' wings grow(both literally and figuratively)!

Ok...I know I'm an owl, not a peacock but still.

Thanks Kimba! stiff leg for the most part, knees slightly soft. I'm using straps for my grip.

I caught up in your old log this morning and...wait a minute! Here you are.

Owlie your back is looking great! Congrats on the lean down.

Yep, pictures trump scale weight.

As for rear delt action, I'm on that as well. Soo weak - but not for long!

Hey Owlie! Look lean and cut up! Nice!

Good work blitzing those shoulders, mama. Push presses ARE the shiz! I'll have to look up these side lying lat raises tho. lol!

lol, j/k...but I did mess around with sumo today, ya know, just experimenting

sumo deadlift
Worked up to a single at 205lbs

weighted chins
bwx5
10lbsx3x5 drop set the last one
bwx3

inverted rows supersetted with barbell rows
bwx12
45lbsx12

wide grip lat pull downs with super slow negatives
70x12...grip started to fail, damn I need my own straps!!!
60x12x2

Fave lat finisher
12x2

So I'm thinking I should look into doing a meet if I can find one this summer.

Looking good in here. The back progress pix are pretty impressive.

Just curious, ever thought about training your grip? Straps are great for a bunch of stuff, but so is an iron grip. A thought, that's all.

Those are some sick weighted chins babe! Nice work.

EDIT: Holy Hannah! Look at those quads! Wowoh!

lol thanks, ya veg, I should do some farmers walks and what have you, My grip tends to hold up pretty well when it comes to low rep sets its not until I get into the super slow negatives or high rep sets and the like where grip endurance becomes the issue. BUT STILL no excuse to not train grip.
