Today~
30 min fasted incline and then finished that last 15 outside with the dog (45 total). Right across the street from my house is a huge farmers field with a trail running right through....jogged to the end and back. The air smells AMAZING today, there was also a light fog rolling over the field...it was gorgeous!
My hips have the aches today, I think I will take tomorrow off .... we will see how I feel. Or maybe I will do something different for cardio, but the fasted incline works SO WELL for me I hate missing it! I wanted 4 this week so if I don't do tomorrow that means I have to do it fri and sat and I want to start next week off with Sun, Mon, Tue.......anyways, we will see.

Time must have been slowed down this morning. I had the exact thought this morning.
Nice work with the squatting!
What's happening March 26th? Or is that an arbitrary date to get the weight off by?

No its just to keep me more accountable. I find the past few days tho I am constantly bickering with the weak me about what I want. DAMMIT lol...
I have a tad of the winter blues I guess and am trying to find ways to make myself feel good and strong again....
I wanted to pick a goal and achieve it as conquering a goal always makes me feel better. Feeling and looking tight also makes me feel better. SO thats how I came to the decision of getting back to 126. (Bizarre number to choose, lol)

> I have had a revelation....the fats come fast and all at once. You can eat like shit and say " huh, look at me, I can eat all this shit and I am not even getting fat" then all those days of bad eating stick to your ass overnight!
haha, ain't that the truth! nice squatting.

Ugh, now is the peak time for winter blues. Hopefully we're almost to the point where spring>winter. Fingers crossed.
Being the best meal of them all, calories at brunch don't count. :)
EDITED TO ADD: Sweet avi! You're smokin girl.

5x120
5x120
5x120
5x120
and then because I wanted to see how far away I am from my old PR
1x140
went up so easy I tried for the old PR. Hubby was in a hurry to go get groceries so I barely got 1 min. rest and of course....
1x150 big fat fail!!
SO of course hubby then had to stay coz that would have left a girl high and dry!!
1x150 went up with plenty of room to go :)
Next time I am going straight for 160 and I know I will have it!
Then I went for a run around the outskirts of my town with the Duke. Sounds impressive huh? Yeah its prob only 1.5-2 miles. I will clock it on my car later. I want to map out a 5k path too.
LOVE feeling strong :)
