GREAT arch! You've got some major flexibilty! :D I am quite envious...:)!
On the high volume sq thing I concur.
I give you props because i ended up doing the same thing after ONE session of sheiko with back squats. I just think I do better with less volume on those for sure for that exact reason---bad form and getting all screwy just to get your reps in. You're doing awesome though, I hope the last week goes smoothly!
Some are going to thrive on higher frequency with the big lifts, others aren't. I just think it's important to find out what works for you, and run with it. I do commend you for actually giving Sheiko a solid try so far also, too many people would do a week of it and bail.

Nice arch there girl ! That setup, oh to be young and flexible....
Coach hat on...review the angle of your arms, elbows to wrist on the video...you are at a slight angle backwards...best position for power and safety, straight up and down from elbow to wrist and try not to bend those wrist backwards, bar should rest in hands, bottom of palm near thumbs, not mid palm (if that makes sense). Shortest distance is straight down and straight up.

lil, any tips for not bending your wrists back? I do it too, I am aware of it, but I can't seem to stop. Grip training?

Tight wrist wraps that go up a little on the back of your hand, but not covering your palm, and conciously "point" your wrists straight, just as if you were to punch someone.
and x2 on what LilP said, I just wasn't sure how to word it, haha
