HA! Thanks Eric but it was no big deal! Seriously maybe a total of 7 log presses ever done in my entire life! I wonder if I'll get the itch for them and do them more..chances might be slim if it means I am chained to have to do them at the body builder gym. However if they sell logs online cheap...and I can fit it in my car... that's a whole other deal.

But thanks! Its nice to have the bite of the lifting bug back a bit. but of course...

Work calls again so up way early yesterday at 1am answering a frantic call to go help out the ER. So no lifting yesterday. In the past this would totally devastate my mood in angsty lifter rage, now, I dunno, my job is making me feel pretty fulfilled lately. Like I'm getting good at it ;) And that I am appreciated.

Alright, something to log about.

this week was very busy at work. I had a sight schedule change, then for the last three days or so. Long story short I got called in to help at 1am to work the last two day so not a week for lifting really. All I managed was not being a total zombie. Just very busy at ER.

I did try sunday after work which was what I expected, not much at all. I was too tired and it was too hot in that body builder gym
Sunday's stuff
fs 45x5 135, 175, 195, 205, 210
185x6, 195x2, 205..
one zercher of 135
then back extensions

45x5, 135, 205, 255, 295

Does it fit on top of your ride?...Well there you go. What a great site that would be, cruising the West Side.

And every time you write "body builder gym", it just makes me smile. Gotta check THAT out someday!

Keep pushing on. It's all we can do.

thanks Eric! AH well..I found out the log press was cheap but the shipping far too much! I can' justify buying it for over $300!!
But I think it would fit in my car ;)

My way around being irritated with the bodybuilder gym is going way early in the morning. Without the people it's a great place! I'm glad they open at 4am mon-fri, wish they did it on the weekends too..
