Hey mini!! Vivid dreams are crazy and a good part of my life too! Oh and waking up a 3 a.m to dissect my life. Good stuff.
Havent been biking because it has rained every day this week :( I am going out tomorrow regardless.
What about you?

------------------------------------------------
yesterday~
forgot my gym bag at home and only had 40 min but I KNEW if I didnt get my workout in before I picked my daughter up from school it wasnt happening. So I bought some new gym clothes :P
Picked up some under armour pants and a T for biking (if it ever stops raining)

So sans water, music, and my notebook I did

squats
5x95x3
5x135x3 (had to wait for someone to complete their shrugs in the squat rack :D)
8x165
8x165
6x165
amazing how much music or lack of can affect your concentration!

Deads
8x200x2
5x210x2
3x220
2x230

Lunges
10x80x3

OHP
5x80x3
(waiting for the leg press)

Leg press
12x260
12x260

calves
10x45'sx3 toes on plate.

kind of a weird one but I am happy with the deads and my arse is sore so it wasnt in vain ;)

I lose my mind when I forget my gym bag/ stuff. It makes me almost just skip the workout and leave.
No water bottle= HOLY CRAP WHAT DO I DO?!?!?!?
No music= IM GOING TO KILL PEOPLE, But, I can manage a workout.

Cheers!
_Mel

A discussion over the weekend with a group of friends. Only 2 of us out of the group work out in some way. Those who dont think people who train consistently are vain. We both thought that working out consistently was more about quality of life.
Sometimes I guess it makes me vain?I like the way I look now and work hard to improve that or at least maintain it, but it also makes me feel confident when I am strong and capable. I want to run I can. I want to pick something up I can. I want to get out of bed without moaning and groaning I can. I want popeye pipes I can :D

I almost always feel this way. I can almost hear the inaudible groans of my friends when I talk about how I went up on one lift or another (-__-)

Really had to push to go today. Just feeling blah and my stomachs been bad lately. The only way I can describe it is it feels greasy or something.

Bench
5x45x2
5x65
5x95
8x120
8x125
8x125
AND THEN I realized I was only using the 35# bar so know everything down 10 pounds :( GRRR why do they even make a 10 pound fucking bar??!!

Row
8x135
8x135
8x135

pullups
5
5
4

OHP
8x35's
7x40 right arm 6x40 left arm <----happy!
8x35's

dips
8
5
5

Cardio
15 min on the treadmill intervals with various speeds and inclines.

Been thinking that perhaps its time to stop trying to 'grow'. I know thats really diet based, but I think maybe I need to get out of the rep ranges I am working in and go more 12-15 reps.
Its hard tho because I feel really badass playing with the big DB's and what not and when I feel bad ass I feel good about myself but I swear some days I am the biggest one in the gym. And I am the only girl :D
