Nice benching! I love your descriptions...Reading this makes me think I should probably start thinking a little more when I lift.

Gypsy swing band sounds awesome! Seriously, why do people in Colorado get to have all the fun!?

3x50 jumping rope.

Iron and chocolate to you all.

What's 3x50 mean? Are you counting the number of jumps or doing 3 50sec bursts?

Yes, please on the iron and the chocolate.

patch, 3 sets of 50 jumps each. I was trying to substitute supersetted conditioning during lifting for separate cardio sessions. It didn't seem very effective, but I did get good at jumproping, fwiw.

Friday: Squat supersetted with treadmill
Treamdill 3 min
Backsquat
3x45
1x65
1x85
3x3x100
Treadmill 3 min
Squat 2x3 100
Treadmill 3 min
Squat 1x3 100 and that was all

Monday Military
I thought about skipping this and going straight to dl because of the meet coming up, but I'm glad I didn't. Shoulders and arms felt awesome today.
Military
3x45
1x55
5x62.5 <that's a 5 RM
3x3 65
1x2 65

Accessories
DB bent laterals 3x8 5s
DB mpress 1x5 25s
Neutral grip pullups 7, 6
BB skull crushers 1x8 47.5
Pallof 2x10 40
Tried for a new 10 RM on bench and failed because of a fracking cramp in my back on the right side.
8x72.5

Cardio
Friday Treadmill intervals 1 min on 1 min off 6x at 6 mph
Sat 16+3 min 5 mph
Sun 18 min 5 mph
Hiked 4 miles on the CO Trail on Sunday too, and I even jogged it for a while. It was fantastic up there in the Buffalo Creek burn area, like being on top of the world. Very desolate, very beautiful, and I was completely alone.

Mood EXCELLENT. Eyes wide open, body strong, depression shanked. Seems like this level of cardio is sufficient... maybe 20 minutes a day 5 days a week, roughly?

If anyone is still reading, you are sexy and you know it. :*

I see how you are, snap. You want to keep the glory of being tiny, strong, and over 35 all for yourself. Too late. :)
