patch, 3 sets of 50 jumps each. I was trying to substitute supersetted conditioning during lifting for separate cardio sessions. It didn't seem very effective, but I did get good at jumproping, fwiw.

Hiked 4 miles on the CO Trail on Sunday too, and I even jogged it for a while. It was fantastic up there in the Buffalo Creek burn area, like being on top of the world. Very desolate, very beautiful, and I was completely alone.
Mood EXCELLENT. Eyes wide open, body strong, depression shanked. Seems like this level of cardio is sufficient... maybe 20 minutes a day 5 days a week, roughly?
