Thanks for giving me another topic to sticky!
Go to CUSTOMIZE, scroll down to and click on "Save and Edit Profile," change your e-mail (or any profile options you wish to alter) and Submit.

I tried this myself, but I keep getting :
1) A message to confirm my password
2) When I confirm my password after changing my email info, a new message comes up insiting that "This username is already taken"
Of course the username is taken, it me!
What am I doing wrong?

Nothing that I can see. I just checked and everything looks to be in order. I don't know why you'd be requested to confirm password if you are not changing it.
Are you only trying to change your e-mail on file?

Actually, I'm trying to change my avatar... But am getting the same messages (passwords do not match, then user name already taken) as the other guy.

Okay, I switched to IE (From Firefox) and it worked for me this time. I think it had something to do with Firefox remembering and entering my password. IE worked because I never use it and it doesn't know my password.
Just guessing.
Or maybe it's just a problem with Firefox... *shrug*

No, actually, that makes sense. If you are using any type of auto-form filler in your browser (all of them have one; just depends on if you have it enabled) it can sneak whatever it has in its records into certain fields. I think this may be the answer to many of the problems.
Even if you are not changing your password or username, your form filler may put what it thinks fits into those fields automatically and without your knowledge.
Auto-form fillers can be a good thing, but be aware of what they do.
Thanks!

I just recently changed my e-mail address, and successfully registered it at T-Nation, but when I bought some stuff from the store, I didn't get a confirming e-mail....
Suggestions?
Has my stuff been mailed?
Help, please.

How do I delete my profile when I am ready?
We really don't have a delete profile option set up. Not because we don't want to offer it, but because a) it is kinda difficult to do right and b) because it is very VERY rarely asked for.
Pretty much, you can edit your account into obscurity if you wish by changing your e-mail to something non-existent, changing your username to something like "Removed," removing all personal info from your MyTNation page, all that; and / or just not using it any more.
The way you ask this question it seems like it is only a matter of time before you do. Hope that's not the case!

Hey, LowfatMatt...
My current email addy is correct in my profile, but when I order stuff, my old, defunct addy shows up on the "Order - Approve" page. How can I change this?

Next time you place an order, rather than just selecting an address from the drop down, enter new info and save it. Also, you can delete old ones by clicking on Edit Account next to the selection menu.
The next time you place an order after you enter and save that new one and delete the old ones, select it from the drop down.

No matter what I change, when I "Submit", I get:
Servlet Name: action
Request URI: /editProfile.do
Exception: java.lang.NullPointerException
WinXP, SP2, IE6
Current Java & Flash
Just checked again with
Mac OSX 10.4.8, Safari 2.0.4
Current Java & Flash

LowfatMatt, I have tried on several occasions to capitalise the D in my username, but it never works. Could you change this for me please.

Yeah, certain parts of our system are case sensitive, others aren't. We will work that out. I'll take care of this for you in the mean time.

Sorry to bother you with what seems like the SOS, but I too have been trying to "update" my profile (gained a couple pounds) and after pressing "submit"......nothing.
All the info remains the same.
Running XP, and the system logs me in fine.
Any suggestions?
