With the new format, there are only 10 pages of threads available at the bottom of each forum. Why? Can we no longer go back further than that to seek out an old thread?

That's correct, except that it has been this way for over a year. We limited the number to keep topics more current and therefore more useful. All we did recently is change the way the page links look.

If you want to find an order thread, try the site search and narrow the results to Forums. It should yield what you're looking for.

Locking the threads instead of burying them may have served that end without inconvenience--especially since it appears the majority of those older threads are locked anyway....i dont see the point
