ALright my coach is not big on bench shirts but i figure if i can get 25 to 30 pounds more it helps. But i am not sure if it is legal in wisconsin high school state powerlifting rules?
Anyone who knows could you please tell me

no they aren't.

I'll be competing at one of these meets in the next few weeks.

we can only use sq/dl suits.
