so having said that above in jest, here's my non qualifying gym lifts that were done on separate days but were done close together 2 months ago -(I have had shoulder surgery 3 weeks ago). I normally wouldn't post this but I see you are in TN and there may be a remote chance we could train together ;). I'll use the same format as you did.
B = 395
S = 555
D = 545
1495 total if I could hit those numbers in a meet- WHICH I DID NOT AND PROLLY COULD NOT on the same day.

Belt, knee wraps, and wrist wraps were used. Went 7 of 9 missing 280 in the bench press twice. Took first place in the raw 181 open because I'm pretty sure I was the only person in that weight class and division. Going to try and work my weight up and stay in the 181.
