Hey, I am a new member, I would like someone to comment on my form here. Disregard the weight or the reps its just a set for the video after my workout. I just want to know if it is good or not. I used to squat with a relatively narrow stance but I struggled to even lower a plate before, I really didn't like it. SO I widened the stance and it became very comfortable for me. Please check the form out and comment thanks guys.
I don't know if it's just because of the light weight, but you're not finishing the squat. Seems like you not using you glutes effectively. I know you said you used to use a more narrow stance and didn't like it, but based on you proportions I'd say you need to bring it in. Maybe your quads are too weak. Do lunges.
