anyone still in this? I'm just getting back into squatting after a knee injury and hit 225x3, which is the same as my PR lol. I have a ways to go but I know I can hit it in less than a year if I'm diligent with mobility work.
120kg x 8 today, and I felt good for two more, which allegedly puts me in the 150 - 160kg range. Will set my max as 140kg for next cycle, double that at 5 weeks in, then hit 130kg for something in the 8 to 12 range for week 6.
