good job pwnisher, btw, great way to redirect a thread form someone who wants to troll. if more people did it like that instead of fanning the fire, this would be a better board. lol

scroll down.
here is the 200kg hang snatch. unless you have ever worked on pushing your limit strength on the olympic snatch, it is hard to contemplate what a monster fucking lift this was.
trust me, this is BAD ASS.
Holy shit

Yep. Only I think this effort is more impressive to be honest....a 920 pull is freakish, thats almost 150 lbs more than what efferding injured himself on. And misha definitely had about 50 more pounds in his bench from what he actually attempted. But thats just my personal opinion. Both guys are strong as all fuck.

Agreed. Wasn't Efferding's total also with wraps?

Don't remember tbh. I don't care about wrist wraps as much. And I'm not anti-gear in any case anyways. Efferding is a fav. of mine but I just think that monster 900 conventional pull of Misha's is too good.

I think he meant knee wraps, not wrist.

I watched efferdings video before my last post. I noticed all the lifts were grinders which is expected for a world record. Misha however made all his look easy so the 6+lbs looked even more doable. Could be body types or just lifting backgrounds (oly vs bodybuilding) but I did notice how Misha got his big number from the DL while efferding opposite with bench and squat.

True. Plus Misha could have added a bunch of weight on his bench becaise it was a fucking warm-up lol. He looked good for more in the squat too

I've noticed that with all the Efferding vids I've seen, the weight moves slow even if it is light. His squats look almost like a geared squat as far as speed.
Misha on the other hand always looks fast. Even this deadlift was pretty quick despite being a max effort pull. I still think he could of beaten Efferding's total though.

Yep, I meant knee wraps. I've got nothing against them, lifted in gear for 10+ years. Just wondering if Efferding's total was done with knee wraps vs. Misha's with Rehband knee sleeves.
