I'm far from an experienced coach, but i would say you need to use your hamstrings and ass more. You look like you're breaking with your knees first, rather than with your hips first or your hips and knees at the same time.
With the width of your stance, your shins should probably be almost perpendicular to the floor, but your knees are coming over your feet pretty far. you need to sit back more, keep your weight on your heels, and drive up using your posterior chain instead of your quads.
And (though it's hard to tell with the spotter bars in the way), it looks like you might be a LITTLE bit high. It's very close, but I would still say you were a little high.
Overall they aren't too bad, but i would suggest doing some box squats to work on sitting back and engaging your hamstrings/glutes, and maybe even take your stance in a little bit when you're squatting free, to make sure you're getting to depth.
