Outstanding lifting ramzy - you know how to strain man sheesh - that 3rd squat and 2nd bench were brutal. SOLID hanging in there man

You got a baby face haha...and monstrous thighs!

You train in some Sheiko-inspired way right? I remember something like that form the Westside thread. Care to share your experience with that and how you design your program? It is interesting to see how people can skin a cat in different ways (e.g. - STB is pure Westside guy)

Strong lifting and congrats!

Hey prodiboy. Not sure if I ran into you there?

Thanks very much mlekava! I do train in a high volume, high frequency manner much like the russian national team did back in the day of mr. Boris Sheiko, and even today. It essentially involves training each lift 3+ times a week (bench like 5) and each session is off of prelipins tables. Thats really all it is hahaha. Simple, brutal and very effective!

Yeah, I saw you after your wieght in but it didnt click in that it was you. Then when you came out inbetween attempts i didnt bother. You were also lucky that you had someone decent to hand off, some of the lift offs earlier with the week i geuss were garbage
I'll have to come down and train with you one of these days.

Really great. Deep squats. Long pauses on the chest. Serious quads. You did great.

Thanks! Seems my quads get more attention than my lifts hahahaha. They were calling the squats like 2 inches below parallel so I gave em what they wanted!

Great job man, way to grind a press! And for the looks of it you've got a few more kilos in your deadlift.

PS: hyyyoge legs lol

Oh thanks for the clarification. I swore that at the closing ceremonies they said Vancouver is the host city but I mustbe mistaken.
