Okay I was 312 out of 1355 of the 30-39 year old male age group. I could have done better but the start sucked donkey balls. http://www.warriordash.com/...xas_Sat_AG.htm# 5
Time was 42:59
Sucks they have the photo stuff copy blocked and I am not paying over a $100 for these shots.

just the one where I busted my finger! Still waiting on it to heal. Too swollen to even get my ring on. Probably would help if I would quit training with it all fat and sore. But that ain't how I roll lol.
Damn man that still makes me feel bad. :(
Anything I can do for you?

Tuesday Still healing, the took the staples out yesterday but I still have swelling at the site.
Warm up 400 meter run, dislocates, foam roll, [53 KB X 35 X Goblet squats I was still 35 behind]
BW X 400 meter Row
53 KB X 10 X Goblet Squats
BW X 10 X Roman chair sit ups
Times 5 rounds 18 minutes
FUCK my legs are dead, from the waist down I am so sore, today was just a try to loosen up, now I am +1 on the GS. All caught up.

Thursday still healing surgical site is finally closed though still some swelling
Warm up 400 meter run, dislocates, foam roll
70 KB X 10 X Goblet squats
400 meter run
Times 10 rounds 30 minutes
Legs are still sore but better than yesterday, I did not do my GS yesterday. So had to do 101 today, so decided to just do that as the workout and upped the weight.

Glad to know the staples are out and everything is going well.
I saw someone doing some kind of circuit that included KB swings and OHPs and pull ups and something else I don't know the name of and I thought of you and JLo and Crossfit.

Hey there - thanks for checking in on me the other day. My turn: You movin' yet or still sore? :)
I'm still in the game...got my 54 goblet squats done last night (30#KB). Trying hard not to miss a day, because having to catch up by doing more than one set of these in a day at reps over 50 would just suck! LOL!

Hey KB we have had a hell of a month, past weekend was out of town for our youngest Cheer competition. Had to catch up today, then I get to travel to Arizona at noon. So I will be doing catch up again Friday when I get back. yes catch ups sucks very, very much.

Good to hear from you! I've had a busy month, too - but it was mostly good for vacation. The week after has been rough with trying to get re-organized and back into things.
Safe travels - and OUCH, in advance for when you return! :)

Well maybe that explains why I took on this goblet squat challenge; I've been called "evil" on more than one occasion. Apparently, the bad side of my Gemini self is trying to bust out...mwahahahaha! :)

Hi! I just noted the other day that my legs are changing in a good way from all of this extra squatting. :) (Rick - thanks.)

My Son-in-law and daughter are, I'm still thinking about Dallas in August.
Lol I found it and posted it on FB to our lifting/running group. Got to die from something I guess.
Thanks Led, Dday posted one for a zombie run in Austin in December.

Glad to read your surgery went well. I'm most impressed with 10 rounds of 400 meter runs. You must in great shape. I read somewhere Dan John said the toughest workout was front squats supersetted with 400 meter runs.

I am getting there Eco, a year ago I could not have run 400 meters without oxygen and someone to put an AED on me. Now I can run 3-4 miles easy at 8-9 min miles. Which is not great but at 230 pounds not bad I think.
