Personally, I love my lever. But some people prefer a prong.

I respect Meat and your advice, but it seems awfully complex...I think I'm going with red white and blue single prong http://www.inzernet.com/...ELTS_BUCKLE10MM

As long as you don't get the double prong I think that's a great choice, love the red, white and blue. Also from the Inzer site so there aren't any surprises:
Black is usually kept in inventory in sizes S-XXL for quick shipping.
All other colors and sizes are constructed after order. All Tapered Belts are also constructed after order is placed.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery for any after-order constructed Forever Belt.

I went with black as I'm like Johnny Cash in the weight room. Pretty sure the red, white and blue idea was in my head as I was smashed.

Really? When would that be?
Didn't I mention that I love my lever? Really easy to fasten. I can't imagine messing with a double prong.

Used a double prong myself for about 10 years awesome belt had to use a rack to put it on or take it off but man it was solid. Some F#cker stole it from the gym at work.

In for the food porn, looks very mouth watering. Did you get the single prong belt back yet?

Not yet. She Say mailed it back last week. I was all excited. Tried it on then I couldn't get it off.
