Steve I am feeling good all things considered.. See Dr. this coming Thursday if he says I'm good to go I am going to start back with 5/3/1 super light and just work my along.

6 more weeks before the Dr will let me lift...bummer! October is a long way away..

health wise all is well and on or ahead of the curve.

doesn't even want me on a stationary bike...so the TMill and I will have it...
