I thought maybe Edgy was going back to the future or something.
Glad you could laugh at it...Thought it sounded kinda juvenile smart-ass after i wrote it...
Chush you will learn that juvenile smart-ass is the basis of the relationship between Edgy and I.
I feel for you then, if you've never experienced the deep and profound affection that I and my soulmate Edgy bask in.

^Tru, Chushie, my good friend and confidant~!
Started taking ZMA at nights, and MSM @ 2x1500 twice a day - so far, no noticible results -
But - finally got to the gym this morning -
15 min SS cardio
DL!
135 x 10
225 x 8
275 x 5 x 2
315 x 3 x 3
then ran outta time, did a couple of sets of DB curls and headed out -
not too much, but it felt good to hit it again -

I love ZMA
I take it every night at around 9:36, am fast asleep by around 10:22, and wake up every morning around 5:30.
Nice DL-ing.

I had to go away for a little while because I was getting overwhelmed with my impatience to get stronger.
I feel better now, so I can hang for a bit...

Thanks Lula - very profound......!
Bruce, I did the heavy DL on Friday AM, and my back was a little Jiggy, so instead of doing Pendalays, I stuck to cables and Machines.....one of the machines is a Hammer STrengh High Pull -

Our gym has one of those! I was so bummed I couldn't do rows anymore because the gym equipment was moved around and then I saw someone doing those and I asked IH if that was a rowing machine and he said, "yup" so now I'm excited again. I love rows.

srsly Derek, in order to hit your lats correctly, you need a high, low and straight pull, this bar you can load up, and do one handed with a lot of weight, as far as machines go, I do like this one~

Hi! Seriously, if I could do pulldowns and rows and facepulls every day, I would. I love those things.

LOL! I had some people I know come over and talk to me while I was in the middle of a floor press set. I mean actually moving/pressing weight, they came over and started to talk.............
EEEEEFFFFFFF
Not even sure what they were saying really, but all I said back was "holy ffuuuuuckk"
They said good job when I was finished though, so that was nice. I guess...
