It shows I haven't lifted stones for several months. I was as weak as a school boy.

Thanks guys. A slosh pipe looks so cool. I'll get one some day. Currently I'm trying to come up with several stone carry/ sled drag/ sledgehammer workouts.

Gotta mix it up. I've done the stone carry while sled dragging before. Its tough.

1.sled drag 6 trips x 100 feet alternate forward and backward drags
2 trips no added weight, 2 trips 1 cement block, 2 trips 2 cement blocks
2.1 arm clean and press superset pullups 11 sets
clean and press 40x2, 100x2,1,1,1,1,5,1,1,1,1
chins/pullups BWx11x2 reps
3.dips superset ab roll 10 sets
dips BWx1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10
ab rolls BWx1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10

Moved quickly and got a good GPP workout in.

sled drags x 6 trips x 100 feet
sveral stone lifts


My two boys (10 and 12) and the neighbors two boys (7 and 10) all hit the sled drag, sprints, 1 arm db MP and farmers carries today. They all worked so hard but were in good spirits. There was no sitting around. If you weren't dragging the sled you were sprinting or doing MP. See if they'll come back out on Wed.

I'm planning on squatting and benching tomorrow night. See how pathetic my bench has become.

I've been doing 1-3 sets of pullups and pushups then walking 9 flights of steps every day pre lunch for the past two weeks. Trying to use my time a little more wisely. See if it helps shed some of my winter coat.

My boys and the neighbor's boys hit the sled, db MP, farmers walks and hill sprints again today. I'm having a great time helping them.

The write up is so economical but just had to say outstanding work, 510x2 squats and nice presses. Inspiring stuff with the kids.

Impressive numbers on the lifts and I like the strongman stuff in the mix. You are in pretty good shape and strong as hell way to go man.
