Well i have to stop leting my competitive spirit take over...what was i thinking 3 circuits!!!
Ended up with the following

#1 1 min each, 3 min RI, 3 rounds
Kb swing x18E each round
Log clean/press x14/15/15
Tire flip x15E

#2 1 min E
SA farmer walk
Renegade rows x15/15/14
MB slams x50/55/55

SA KB snatch
53x10E
Figured out i was juiced and done

man, i should have checked in here before i did my conditioning. i'm stealing each of these, nice work!!

i've also been foam rolling in your honor these days, thanks for the motivation there!

Hey Lula I'm honored and your welcome. Steal away....it's all been stoled to begin with lol. I'll try to keep mixing it up and if you have any good ones please post away! I did foam roll for about 15 min today and about to take a hot shower, put on some sweats to stay warm, and stretch.
