OG, it's all I got. I don't have any gorilla walks, Klokov's, slosh pipes, etc... I am a one trick pony...lol.

Things at work do seem to be getting better. It is a good time of the year for it as well.
Dear ol' dad is coming out for a visit, next week. He'll get to watch my youngest play football! BTW...my youngest has finally started to catch on. He was in on 4 tackles in a row the other day. Tears of pride and joy for him "getting it" and realizing that he got it.

Thanks Joe.
OG, it will be a good time. Let's see if he yells at his grandson the way he yelled at me...lol.

He'll get his chance. They play between 3 and 6 games while he is here.

Bench Press "deload" day.

Sticking with my "deload" (stay away from maximal weights) plan.

Bench
barx20
95x10
135x10
185x5
225x5
275x5
315x11 - PR +1 Rep ... nothing left in the tank
315x5

Left it there.
Still haven't decided if I am going for reps or back to the wall, for next week.

Thanks, Jack. I know there are folks on here that can scoff at 315x11, but, for me, it doesn't see that long ago that I was trying to get it once.
