I miss the jacuzzi in my old gym, but don't necessarily miss the limited weight section. Just go easy on the knee Mr. (shakes finger)

Wednesday Night Men's skate - 1 hour

Six skaters per side, so one on the bench.

Long shifts and very short rests.

But I did get a goal. :)

And apparently now the goalies get paid $2 if they can trip me.

Well... I'm not the Walking Dead... lol

Knees are slowly improving, doing ROM box squats with no load helps a lot.

They felt good enough tonight for 4 goals in my Wednesday night hockey skate.

A new PR for me on the ice.
