I remember Christian writing an article that was titled Boosting the Olympic lifts. I tried doing a search for it but nothing comes up. I think it was a live spill or something from the forums. It wasn't an main page article. I was going to start that program but can't find it. Does anyone know which article I'm talking about or where to find it?

The workout was something like this. It might have been in the Forums. I'm having the hardest time following it.

Snatch
Snatch Work up to a heavy 3 followed by 3x1
Cluster set 5 x 1, same weight as three range with 10 secs inbetween reps
Snatch Pull
Deadlift 4x6
From Box, From Hang, From Floor 3 sets


Clean, Work up to a heavy 3, followed by 3x1
Cluster set 5 x 1, same weight as three range with 10 secs inbetween reps
Clean Pull
Deadlift 4x6
From Box, From Hang, From Floor 3 sets

Weird.

And any time I do multiple reps in the classic lifts, they are by default "cluster sets."

Ya this was going off memory and I'm sure I butchered it completely. Please don't take this workout as the actual program. I really can't remember how it was set up. Its just a rough idea on what he wrote.
