Deadlift ramp to 375 X 1 (felt very weak)
Walked (2.5 hours)

5/11 Sat:
DS Bar Deadlift ramp to 365 X 1 (again felt very weak)
Sprints 5 X 100m

5/12 Sun - Light work:
Band-pull aparts
Bicep Curls
Walk between sets

Also did landscaping for a few hours Sat & Sun.

Hey folks,

I'm ending my Indigo log and starting another log in the training log forum. It's been a great experiment I really like Indigo. I will probably use again in the future.
