Basically Carb cycling but not counting. Monday-high, tuesday-med, wed-low, thurs-high, friday-med, saturday-low/refeed, sunday-low
I have been doing leg raises and Dragon flags for abs. I have a problem to when I cramp up in my lower abs so I dont do much direct ab work because its excruciatingly painful if it cramps.

I have been focusing on pulling lately because I'm having knee issues. My goal is seven hundred form the floor. Here is a video of my pulling 700lb for 1.5reps from well below my knee. No wrist straps used and I couldn't get the second rep because I tore two callouses, one on each hand. I walk around for a while so fast forward to about the 0:39 mark.

Pull looks EASY. I've read some guys experience that pulling mid-shin is actually HARDER than from the floor. ie - They know if they can pull X from mid-shin, they can usually pull X+5% from the floor. Do you experience that at all?

Haha, I have only been lurking lately. This semester had me busy and with working two jobs and training twice on most days I havent had much time to keep my log up. Somehow with averaging four hours of sleep a night I have still been making progress. Here are my current stats and numbers:
Weight: 215
Strict standing overhead press: 240x1
Front squat: 455x1
Close grip bench: 405x1
Current goals are to gain weight. Im shooting for 225-230 by mid spring while staying lean so we shall see how that goes. Im also currently working toward a 700lb deadlift and 275 OHP.

Not as lean but still lean compared to most. When I took the pictures from summer where I was shredded I was about 205-208. And about 6-7% bf. I'm now about 9-10% bf but I have more muscle. More than when I weighed 220. My build looks different too because I have finally started to work traps.
Since it is not summer I'm not too concerned about having paper thin skin but I will never let myself lose my abs. When I reach 230 ill take pics then start to lean out for summer/ possible show ill post more pics.

Hey bud. Good to see you back. I admire your physique (no homo haha). No but in all seriousness, are you still taking indigo? Have you tried CT's newest layering approach?

Unfortunately Im not on Indigo-3G anymore, I just cant afford it. Though I will say that I feel the effects are still there. Sadly even buying food now is difficult, hence the two jobs.
And no I haven't even heard he had new methods out. How do they work?

I hear you. My family and I were very much affected by hurricane sandy and I'm afraid when my dwindling supply go indigio runs out I'm not gunna be able to afford it for a while with all the added expenses of rebuilding. I can still train hard though!
Anyway, CTs new layering approach is simple in terms of application, it's essentially just one single movement per session, but complex in terms of an explanation. There's been a TON of talk about it in spills recently. The best condensed version I've seen is here....

Well I hope everyone is okay! And hopefully you can get back on the full protocol soon.
It's is definitely an interesting approach but still has similarities to his earlier stuff. Any sort of progression method seems to work, at least for me. Right now Im doing an older style of weekly progression working in the 80-90% range of a 1RM. And because of this style I recently have been putting up 210 on standing strict press for sets of three, then for seven on the sixth set. Also 385 on close grip pause bench for singles@6sets. Sadly I just hurt my foot at work and wont be hitting legs as hard. It sucks walking haha.

Lol I ment TNation. But actually no. I'm currently focusing on bodybuilding, but my numbers are still going up! I think this is because I always start with a heavy compound. And I'm doing a style of linear periodization for these movements. Then the back 3/4 of my session are all about volume and pump.
