Well, haven't really posted in while now.

Some updates:

I went from 174 all the way to 204 on Indigo in a very short time. From there I decided to reduce my dosage and continue taking 6-8 caps a day, while trying to lean down. Pretty happy with where I am 6 months into Indigo.

I am 8 lbs heavier in the right picture, compared to the left one. I feel like even though I am up 8lbs, I am leaner in areas and definitely bigger in the legs.

I think your form looks good(although I'm not a expert)... but I think that was pretty good explosiveness for a heavy single... Great initial explosion, I think you captured CT's jolt of electricity analagy very well

Most recent picture...
Still using 4 caps of Indigo-3G, doing 1 MAG-10 pulse fast a week, and getting leaner.

I've been jealous of your lats, upper-back and rear delts but mostly your mid-back. Great work! Has this always been a strong area for you or did you do something specifically to bring it up?

This is 1 year of hard, along with 10 months of Indigo.

Crazy thing is, the picture on the left was May 15th, 2011 and I actually weigh 3lbs less in the photo on the right!
