Some recent pics. Been incorporating carb backloading (with copious amounts of junk food acutally) with much success, not really smoothing out and gaining muscle size/glycogen. Loving CT's new training style. Takes a little improv at the moment since he hasn't released a specific outline but basically been doing: 1. Jumps every day, 2. front lever holds every day 3. power holds every day, 4. ramping up various compound pushing movements every day. Playing around with order of thigns but in general finding myself getting leaner at an alarming rate even though I'm eating like absolute hell (12 doughnuts, pint of ben and jerry and 3 snicker bar post dinner today LOL)..
