**martial arts training**


So I feel like I may have overdone it today, specifically with the sparring I did during martial arts. My conditioning specific to fighting is lacking and so is my technique and timing. Combined with the fact that each effort was as explosive as possible without the technical foundation first, I fatigued quickly and I am still somewhat feeling the effects tonight from it. I took systemic enzymes and fish oil for inflammation and took two 20-40 minute naps. I will aim to go to bed earlier tonight and recover.

On the plus side, my upper body is looking pretty lean and hard versus that soft, water-retention look, so that always makes me happy :-)
