Is the feel any different from a traditional (non-high handle) Trap bar? Just wondering.

Yes it has a balance to it that most (non-high handle) trap bars don't have. The Knurling on the bar is phenomenal , no matter where you place your hands it s comfortable fit.

Quick Update

My decline bench has gone up 15lbs (solid pounds) in the last 2 weeks...... Boom thank you LAYERING

Hi-pull is progressing along nicely, it has increased 10lbs

Dead/squat - I LOVE my new dead/squat bar and it makes my legs pump and feel the movement more than anything I have ever done. EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!

OHP - coming along. Got some nagging shoulder issues that seem to be keeping me from making the above progress but I am doing solid work in this lift and my shoulder is feeling good!

That is all for now. Got lots of baby's calves on the ground and am working night shift!
