High pull - I moved to a wider snatch grip, hands all the way out, and doing ramp and hdl from the hang only setting bar down between micro sets. The shorter bar path reduced the weight used but it feels more explosive from the hang.

TBDL

RtTM - 430 + 20lbs new PR

90% clusters - 385

Tore calluses off of both hands during clusters and I was unable to hold the bar even with reduced weights. Pretty disappointing after hitting a new record and feeling really solid starting the clusters, even more disappointing is that I have minor surgery scheduled for 1/10/13 and will not be able to lift for at least 2 weeks afterward per the doc. I guess live and learn file them calluses, hopefully I will be able to do ITBP tonight with no trouble as it is my last chance to lift for a bit.
