Either quit putting it in the dryer...or you definitely should have started with a larger shirt. Awesome progress.

Thanks HT. As far a shrinkage factor goes, the length, yes, this is bane of a tall guys t-shirt shopping experience, it fits great but will it be long enough after i dry it.

Another clothing example....prior to IG3 I had purchased 3 suits....the jacket of one is now unwearable per my tailor, not enough fabric to let the arms out, and the other two have been re-tailored and are being delivered to me tomorrow. Small price to pay.

Dropping in a training note...

Bench press complex:

135x12
225x5
275x5
315x5
365x2
405x1 PR!!
365x6x2 w/ 25lb power bands in power rack

405 was a bitch, but i stuck it. 4 plates per side is a nice feeling, especially for a tall skinny guy. I would love to be able to crack out a set of 3 with this weight.

I attribute the pressing complexes I did under with Synergy and under his tutelage /guidance a few weeks ago for getting me to the next step up. We must have done 1000 reps that day. Thanks Syn!

Yes! The feeling was amazing. That was a big milestone, just like each plate on a reg 45lb oly bar has been through the years.

Training with Synergy's 65lb fat bar a few weeks a go was good way to prime the CNS pump with out the mind-fuck of seeing the weight. When you are using a 65lb bar your mind can't instantly calculate weight, so you loose that tie to the mind of what you can or can't do, you just keep adding weight and go by feel. My next purchase.

Chest Complex:

So after hitting the 405lb PR last round, I really concentrated on working out for performance...not fatigue.

Bench Press:
315 x 10 x 1 *Rep PR for this weight
365 X 2 x 1 *Combined with the above is a PR, normally I would have gassed out with the previous rep PR)

Yup just 2 sets, Feeling awesome, pumped and strong, so I moved on.

Incline DB Press
130s x 10 x 1 *Another rep PR, so I just quit. No more sets.

Cable Flys:
45 x 10-12 x 3 *Focus on the contraction, "Squeeze ada top!"

Box Push Ups
Body weight to failure.

"Every PR you hit is like taking a loan out from you body, what have you done to pay it back? If you take out to much at once or keep taking out loans you will default." - Not really a verbatim quote from Chris Thibs but his ideas an analogies, me just trying to put them back together.

Triceps Work

25lb(each) Powerband Press, Squeeze and hold, 8 ish reps to a TUT hold for 15 sec x 4 sets

Rope Press
50 x 10 x 3

Cable Pressdown
Stack plus 5 plates x 12 x 3

The backside of 5 ultra-high carb days, 48 hours back into regular-high carbs. Stomach veins are apparently the result of my experiment.

Holy Shit HIP! You look like you gained a good 25lbs. Serious progress there. I don't think people realize how much weight a tall guy needs to gain to actually look bigger.
