Solid foundation, man. I'll be following.
Have you posted a training background or anything? Or current goals in bodyweight/strength?

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
1) Height: 6'6"
2) Weight: 283
3) Number of years training seriously: 19
4) Training experience, including current program:
Body building routines focusing heavy on large compound movements.
5) Olympic-lift variations you know how to perform: Not many very well.
6) Athletic background: Collegiate Lacrosse and Swimming
7) Primary fitness goal (choose one): gain muscle
8) Secondary fitness goal (choose one): lose fat
9) Days per week you can train: 5
10) Amount of time available to train each workout: 1.5
11) Time of day you train: Around Lunch, Noonish
12) Do you have certain days available for twice-a-day workouts? Saturdays and Sundays
13) Your daily schedule: Work from 8-8, or whatever needs to be done. Have schedule typically cleared for lunch time workouts.
14) Current injuries (if any): None
15) Lifts (if any) you need to avoid due to safety issues: None
16) Do you currently have trouble falling asleep at bedtime? Sometimes, but not usually. It depends on what comes during the hour of the wolf, work stress can get me but if I feel it coming I may pop a melatonin or ambien.
17) When you wake up in the morning, are you an easy starter or you do
need some extra time and stimulants to start your day? Honestly it can depend on how stressful the previous work plus workout day was. Deadlifts and a stressful day at work will make it hard to get out of bed the next morning. May need to toss HOT-ROX on top of the regular coffee, or have a spike once at my desk. Lately, eyes have been popping open right at 7, no issues.
18) Health issues (diabetes, high blood pressure, etc.): None
19) Total calories consumed on training days: 3013
20) Total calories consumed on non-training days: 3013 (more protein)
21) Total grams of carbs consumed on training days: 279
22) Total grams of carbs consumed on non-training days: 201
23) Describe in detail your workout nutrition: ANACONDA Protocol 1 (Only 2 FINiBAR prior due to timing, I might be able to shove another one down if I had to...breakfast at 8 workout at 12...)

Physically Hot! Took my very first dose on a dead empty stomach at 10:PM EST about 11:30 PM EST I had 2 scoops of casein protein and went to bed. 4:30 AM the next morning eyes pop open due to being uncomfortably warm. I felt like I just walked 20 min on a treadmill at a 8% incline with the sweat to go with it. Got up long enough to kick the fan on, and the covers off. Slept until 10 minutes before my alarm went off surprisingly alert.
"They report being physically "hot" and "feeling anabolic" and that muscles being worked are "tingly" and pumped to the point of substantially affecting movement." - Tim P.

Interesting. There seems to be quite a spread in how fast people are reacting so far. Comparing your current weight to CT's (as well as the fact that you both appear to be fast responders) it seems possible that you could go down 15lbs and then rebound within the next 7-10 days.

I got two doses in before hitting the gym yesterday, and I was definitely feeling the heat as well. I'd describe my sweat/heat level during the workout as more like "summer double sessions for football during the preseason before freshman year" than walking on an incline treadmill. If you're already heating up during the night, I hope you're ready for a toasty workout.

I have a fan blowing on me as we speak at work after this mornings 6:AM dose. About to take dose three....for noon workout. Should be interesting....I predict me having to spin my sweaty workout shirt in the bathing suit spinner.

I'm starting to get worried about the badly set up AC in my office and complete lack of air flow. Time to invest in a fan...

What I've noticed so far strangely enough, is after I eat breakfast, my legs get pretty warm. I haven't noticed it elsewhere, though I do tend to keep my place cold (and it's generally cold enough at work that some coworkers will walk around with jackets on), so that could be masking the effect for the rest of my body.
