Dinner tonight ...

Only made enough for two servings...one for me and one for my mom.

Sauteed steak, mushrooms and asparagus done with fresh zested ginger, sea salt, pepper, organic GF light sodium shoyu and about a teaspoon of coconut flour.

Was so ONO'LICIOUS!

That really looks SO GOOD! I LOVE vegetables but a certain other I-3Ger won't touch them. If I made something like that I'd be making it for myself OR he'd only eat the steak out of it. *Sigh*

Tell him I said EAT YOUR VEGETABLES! He has no idea what he is missing.

Bodz was semi no veggies, but then one night I went to dinner and I made a layered veggie baked dish of sliced tomatoes, asiago cheese, yellow and green zucchini, asiago cheese. He literally ate all of the veggies before even trying his steak. LOL. He couldn't believe how good it was.

Great workout this morning. The three of us had a lot of fun, silliness was involved.

8:00AM Post Workout Meal: Scrambled Eggs, Lean Ham, Rice and Salsa
8:30AM Still ravenous... so make a LC MD shake and poured over some Crispy Rice.

My still was still running high until about 10:30 and then I was hit with a full feeling. Crazy. I wonder if I am getting my system so amped up because of the Clean High Pulls I am doing between sets. It feels awesome and really keeps you energized as well as the brain just firing off. I have been doing this more and more during my workouts this week and I am always ravenous after my workouts for almost three hours.

I am glad I had the extra food in my bag, because after I got ready to workout...realized no FINiBAR to be eaten. :-(

11:30AM Indigo-3G x4
12:30AM Mexican food for lunch (though it doesn't have to be said...well some people might need to see it...but food will be kept clean) I will post some pics later.

Aloha My Indigo Team Members...

Just letting you know I am still around, but taking a break from the Spill this weekend to regroup and prepare for the start of my Romaniello Project.

As humans we are designed with the need for acceptance and I so appreciate all my teammates for their acceptance of me and for the continued support you have shown me through our Indigo experience together. I have realized lately that for me...what drives me is RESPECT not acceptance.

I was contacted by Natalie Jill ( http://nataliejillfitness.com/ ) so that she could tell my story. After conversing with her via email she put the following article together and has published it on her Blog. I feel very honored.

I just wanted to share one of the comments that was written regarding this article as it touched me very deeply and has kind of opened up my eyes to so much; the words have had a profound affect on me...to say the least.
********

"An incredible story! This is a woman who was 500 lbs, lost half and regained some and still fights. The "journey" is never easy. We all have difficulty and view a change for the healthier as a "diet" and we groan about it. We have the mindset we learn from hearing others in our society that a diet is eww! No fun and not good food. And that exercise is something to dread. A diet is what ever you eat on a regular basis. Eating Twinkies all the time is a diet. Eating only tomatoes all the time is a diet. Neither are healthy.
Sometimes you DO have to drag yourself in the gym. But we also sometimes have to drag our-self out of bed, to make the coffee, to class, to work, to get in the shower, to make dinner and even have to drag our-self off to bed. Yet we don't have the mindset of "oh no! I have to go to bed/shower/make dinner... etc." It's all in our mindset.

This woman was abused as a child, her fiancee killed, she was raped, in a horrible car accident and more.

She still isn't what society preaches as "perfect."

But I would argue that she is the perfect example."

Mahalo StandTall.

Saturday I received my first month's outline and will spend today studying it...25 pages long. LOL. I will need a huge binder if every month it is the same size as it will create a novel in itself. :-)

Okay...getting off again, lots of things to do.

A hui ho Indigo Team Members.

3:15AM Coffee

I hope everyone has an awesome day!

Mahalo Nater. I really appreciate you voicing the respect part. I love that through my tragedies and triumph's I am able to inspire...there is always a purpose for something happening in our lives...whether it's to teach us something or so that someone else may learn.

Have an awesome week and see you around the spill.

Aloha serpiente,

I won't receive my product until Wednesday some time. :-) Overnight doesn't really exist when coming to the islands. I am just grateful that they are sending some this way even it took extra time to get here. :-)

Ho'omaika'i 'ana (sorry if that's the improper term) on being chosen to get the new Anaconda and MAG-10. You are truely deserving because of all the help you've given us Indigo members. So, thank you and congratulations!

I would be happy to do a side-by-side for you. You can email the pics to me at [email protected]
