The new videos are AWESOME, and even though i've already had dinner, that food porn is making me hungry again!

Keep it up HT, i'd like to think with all your great work and encouraging words and advice for everyone on the team that you have earned the title "Mother Indigo" lol, and i don't mean that as an insult, because you are far to young to be labeled mother, but you've been as encouraging and as inspirational as one, so i feel its earned :)

One of my closest friends, former client and former pageant winner....is singing the National Anthem for this year?s Sheraton Bowl game. Game is today, Saturday, Dec. 24, at 3 p.m. (HST) will be televised nationally on ESPN, featuring Southern Miss against Nevada.

I am so excited for her. Amazing voice.

SIDE NOTE: It is sooooooo cold in the gym and someone on the second floor just turned on the huge a** fan that is up there. OMG!!!

Hey Hawaii. I just posted a progress pic in my log. I was wondering if you could please post a side-by-side for me? I tried and for the life of me can not figure it out. I know youre the resident expert ;) The original pic is on page of my log and the newest one is my most recent post.

I hope all is going well with the pup, I have a 6 month old french bulldog so I just went through the whole crate training thing. Other than that have the happiest of holidays, lets see some of that christmas-dinner-food-porn!

Prime Rib...only about 4 1/2lbs...marinated overnight and then seared and slow cooked at 275 until the meat temp was 130 degrees. This was served with a Creamy Horseradish sauce. The sauce was made with seasonings, FF Greek Yogurt and Extra Hot Horseradish. :-)

Twice Baked Potatoes were made with FF Greek Yogurt and spices with just a sprinkling of cheese on top. They were so good. I split one with Bodz but then only ate half of the half. :-)

Best of luck to you on Peak Week as well. :-)

Mahalo for the compliment. It tasted as good as it looks. I had Bodz take home all the junk food gifts that him and I got from people at the gym. LOL My house is junk food free. Not sure you would find anything for your massive appetite in my house. :-)

Funny i dont really crave junk food. I will eat it but i would rather chow a massive bowl of oats. Or the refrigarator cheesecake i made. Was fat free greek yogurt fat free cream cheese, vanilla eggs, splenda, and the crust was oats with a tad of butter and a bit of splenda. I would rather eat that then any fat stuffed restaurant cheesecake any day.

Crush those workouts :)
