Good stuff! You already beginning to "harden up" indigo is ridiculous- I am off it right now for financial reasons but getting back on MAG-10 and Carbolin 19- you are already pretty cut up but dont be afraid to push carbs

today

Lying on the floor*1 set of 1 rep 60 minute rest.

I just died in the gym today, Idk if I'm ill, have a lot of acute fatigue, under eating or what but today just wasent happening. 50 pounds felt like 200 in my hands. No point in digging a deeper hole so I did nothing, went home and ate a bunch.
