Quick band get up to to take a leak workout, regular rep cadence:

Band incline press with mini band X 15;

Band high pull with mini band X 15;

Band face pull with mini band X 15;

Another quick get up to go to the bathroom workout, dumbell complex and band finisher; rep cadence normal except band cadence:

Dumbell complex;
Front raises from arms parallel to floor to straight overhead; 10 X 8;
Lateral raises: 10 X 8;
Front raises to arms parallel to floor: 10 X 8;
OHP: 10 X 8;
Upright rows: 10 X 8.

Band finisher with a mini band:
Pressed the band up at about a sixty-degree angle-incline pressed in the following manner:
8 reps, followed by;
8 count hold, followed by;
8 more reps; followed by
8 count hold.
I kept a constant tension on the muscle for the four stage set, keeping the muscles under tension for 32 counts. This
general exercise--band incline press-really works my traps.

Standing overhead press with tubular bands--3--with handles X 12;
Front raises: mini X 12;
Lat pull downs with mini X 12;
Standing incline press with min X 12.

1/2 MAG-10 pulse.

Wide awake and ready for the day ahead!

3rd workout of the day: kettlebell, dumbell and band exercises; normal rep cadence:

Kettlebell OHP: 26 X 15;

Dumbell lateral raises: 10 X 15;

Standing band incline press with mini band X 15;

Standing band face pulls: mini band X 15.

Quick short band get up to take a leak workout, normal rep cadence, rest between exercises no more than 30 seconds:

Klokov press, broomstick barbell, pair of monster-minis bands as resistance X 15;

Standing chest press with light band X 15;

Standing incline band press with mini band X 15 [I really like these and feel them in my traps a lot.]

Standing band face pulls with mini band X 15.

Dumbell complex wake up workout, regular rep cadence and no rest between exercises; short but did the job:

DB front raises: 10 X 12;
DB OHP, neutral grip: 10 X 12;
Db lateral raises: 10 X 12;
DB upright rows: 10 X 12;
DB hammer curls: 10 X 12.

1/2 MAG-10 pulse.

Couldn't access this log until now, but the exercises were done this morning about 7:00 AM--a sort of a wake up workout if you will. It consisted of band and dumbell partial exercises with no rest between exercises:

Standing band OHP with tubular bands--3--with handles;
From forehead to 4 inches from lockout: bands X 12;
From chin to top of head: bands X 12

Lateral raises with dumbell:
From start to 45 degrees up: 10 X 12;
From 45 degrees up to parallel to floor: 10 X 12

1/2 MAG-10 pulse.
