Day 155/156

No training, clean eating except 1 meal/day dirty. I was traveling back home.

The next few days will be sporadic. I'm the godfather for my brothers kid's baptism so lots of prep work.

Will update and hit the gym when I can.

next week I've decided I'm hiring john Meadows to do my diet. Should be good!

Great choice on hiring John Meadows, be sure to tell him about your test levels. I have a feeling he might be able to help you out there. If not, Mike Mahler does seminars on naturally controlling your hormones. You might check him out.

Day 158

Training: Phase 3 week 1 bench pattern

(Unsure on HFSW for now, so I played around)

OHP fat bar 115 3x4, fast/explosive
TBD 245 3x4, fast real nice
Power snatch from hang 65 3x4, 95x3. First time snatching ever, this is a cool movement. Felt explosive.

Foundation:

Close grip floor press 185 4x3, 195x3. PR on reps.

Finishing off the strength phases with close grip floor. Regular bench was hurting the right shoulder.

No structural.

Diet:

Primarily dirty. Peri was 2 finibars, 1ana, 1 Mag10, 1 scoop gatorade powder (had no liquid flavouring).

Day 167

Training Lats Bi's Phase 3 week 2

Diet By Meadows.

I'm feeling pretty good. Energy is ok, but I'm working Days right now and only sleeping 5-6/night. My work day consists of 14 hours with commute so it's hard to eat, prep food and gym time but it's getting done!

Thanks for the words boys!

Days 170-174

Wow super busy at work, now on 5 days off!

Took 3 days off the gym, but kept SUPER strict with the Meadows diet.

Results in 8 days: -5 lbs.

Lots of bloat gone - carbs still in however!

Day 178-184

Doing good.

Diet by Meadows, no deviating. Had a Cheat meal on Saturday night (have pics!) - John told me to.

Training is going good too.

On Peak week strength phase 3.

PR of Bench 225x5, maybe could of hit 6, but it's a PR of 2 reps at that weight! All this with reduced cals.

Shooting for PR's in OHP and Deadlift in the next two days. Didn't Squat this week as to save my back for the deads. My mobility is so poor these days (despite my best efforts, 12 hour shifts at a desk kills me) that I didn't try to squat heavy this week. I just did heavy HFSW and prowler.

Will update with pics tomorrow or Tuesday.

Out.

Day 185/186

Diet By Meadows, clean as a Whhhhhhistle.

Training Day 185:

Deadlift pattern day.

Foundation 315 2x3. PR for reps, no Belt. I'm quite happy to get past this mile stone. I'm sure I could have done 5.

Max PR attempt: 355 belted, hammered it. I thought you know what go big. So I loaded the bar with 400. Got it two inches off the ground and my hips shot up. I had the worst form ever - what a waste. Back took it, but I felt a tweak, turned out to be nothing/very minor.

Either way +10 PR in deadlift.

Training Day 186

Foundation OHP 155 2x3. PR in reps and weight. Went pretty good.

Max PR 165, easy, 175 +5 PR. Not to bad... Tried 180 - I was stuck at my eyes for a solid 2-3 seconds. I went nowhere so I failed.

I doubt my CNS had much more to give with 3 Pr's in 5 days, All while on reduced cals!

All in all good stuff.

6+ months of indigo PR's:

Deadlift 330 ----> 355
Bench 225x3 -----> 225x5
OHP 155 ------> 175
Front squat 195x6 -----> 215 x3. No real PR here, but most I did for reps.

That's a fair achievement. Put on 20 pounds of bodyweight too though.. not to proud of that. Meadows is gonna whip me into better shape!

Darkane,

Good work on pushing yourself. I no longer try weights I'm not certain I'll dominate and that is what works for me. I've read many different philosophies, but you are pushing yourself and that is probably a good thing no matter the philosophy.

Great job on fat loss and on new PR's...I enjoy your consistency and your determination, you are getting it done man!

Day 194 - i think.

I've been slacking on the log.

Diet is still clean, and By John Meadows.

Training - Begun HP Mass. Excited for this, lets see how I do on a caloric deficit.

Going to start logging more details, asked John if I could log my diet, but not amounts.

Thanks for the continued support all!

@StandTall

I have new pics, but there's no change. Going to wait another month perhaps and post a new set. Slowly but surly.

Weight: 236.5 lbs. Including the major bloat from my last cheat meal, this is basically a 9-10 lb drop on just over 4 weeks. good start for sure!

-Blast strap rear delts

Pressing:

1) OHP from Pins

Worked to a 105, but explosively. Then wave loaded as per HPMass

2) Incline press

175lbs, wave load

3) Flat bench

195lbs, wave load

Lower Press Front squat. 135x3, 95x3, 135, 95. Tried to be real explosive.

DIET:

1) Eggs, Avocado, coconut Oil.

2) Pork Chop (Lean piece), Broccoli

Pre-workout: Tuna, sweet Potato, Finibar
During: 2Mag 10, 1 Ana (Old stuff)

Post Solid meal: Rice, honey, Red Meat.

That is my day!

Weight now is 233.5lbs. Down approx 10lbs since working with John. 8 Weeks.

Strength is sorta maintaining.

going to be doing either a Clomid Restart or just sticking with a light dose of Clomid for 10 weeks or something. Gonna see if I can get my natural system going before I strongly strongly consider some TRT.

!!
