V-diet with Indigo-3G and HFSW? Interesting. May I ask what the reasoning is for continuing to include Indigo-3G and keep such a high training volume given the caloric deficit?

Sure - Indigo-3G before workouts to 1 keep me on Indigo-3G, then 2 to put the Surge Workout Fuel into work.

The HFSW is to elicit a higher metabolic demand. As long as I get enough fuel for workouts I'll be fine with the caloric deficit. Plus with it being 12 days of v-diet ( 12 gym sessions ) and 3 pulse fasts ( no gym ) it's not too long of a time frame.

So in short, 1) jack up the fat loss, 2) increase metabolic expenditure, 3) keep Indigo-3G in me, 4) make sure my peri goes right to work

Today's HFSW was great. Gave it all I had.

Upped to 3 Surge Workout Fuel today, to see how that works versus 2.

I like the plan Cosrt. Kick ass, I think your hard work the amount of muscle you've gained will really show through with fat loss. It will be interesting to see how much 12 days gets you with IG3 and pulse fasts.

Something like that. I'm not on full dose so I'm still hitting 60-100g of carbs in 1 shot with my I3G

should be fun.

HFSW was good, my explosive power was good, my pressing was off. My delts are fried. Don't think I'll press tomorrow. Or at the least drop the bench.

Hey Corst,

Not sure if you saw in my log or not, but I had surgery on my kidney this week. Anyway, I was hoping you could share with me some of the suggested recovery supplementation guidelines that have been given in the past?

I know you're the go-to-guy of T-Nation archives, so I really appreciate any help you can give me.

Thanks,
Cam

Corst,

Thanks for the great info, exactly what I was looking for. I immediately did a couple laps through the house and took some ELITEPRO.

What's the word on Flameout and Curcumin doses? I know I've read some things about some pretty large doses.

Thanks again,

Cam

I lost about 12 pounds on my 2 week V-Diet experiment.

I did HFSW for 2 weeks straight. Very explosive and going all in.

I'm continuing with HFSW this week ramping up to 2 a day HFSW, next week starts the full performance. I'm keeping my carbs under 300g a day.

Hopefully it'll produce some more fatloss.

Well I got 1 tub of the new ANACONDA and the new MAG-10.

It is some good stuff.

My HFSW with it last night was amazing, during this mornings structural lats and biceps I had some crazy strong pumps that have lasted all day via full muscle bellies, and not just because i'm eating carbs full, but blood is flowing and ready for action full.

Nice work Corst. I like the plan, I am sure it will work out for you. Did you take any measurements? Would be interesting to see where you lost the inches.

Keep up the hard work!

HFSW 6x3
Foundation
Seated shoulder press top half 95
DB MP 35

I had a great session but the 95 was super heavy, I didn't like my positioning, but it's hard for me to find my groove due to how I have to setup for seated at my gym.

All in all a great start to the day.

I have no idea how to use google docs to share this goodness lol, can you upload pdf's? If I send you the "raw materials" do you want to upload them for everyone? I already have some more to send around. I bow to your spill knowledge :)
