Food for the next 2 weeks :)
looks similar to the picture I took the other day when my giant box of supps came in the other day! Adding Anaconda and Power Drive into the mix for a workout that I'm testing :)

Hey Corst,
Has been a while since you've put up pictures. I threw together this comparison for you. Back looks thicker...shoulders have grown A LOT .... look at the valley you have created between the shoulder and neck area...:-) Lats look wider as well.
Will be interesting after you're done with this next leaning phase to see some comparison's.
Good progress. I think once you strip some of the fat off, you will be a lot happier with your physique. I have been doing the same and am feeling a lot better about my results. Keep up the good work.

I didn't really feel like my photos would show anything. I only took these because I needed more recent current to go with my V-diet. Let's see what happens! Thanks for the side by side, I feel my chest, lats, arms, forearms, back and shoulders have grown like crazy and if you look at the side bicep you can see a difference in my quads. I can feel the difference, just doesn't show so much, they are up about 3 inches though since the start.

and almost a smile!
to me back shoulders and arms all look thicker, plus waist a bit smaller.
Ha! Almost! Someone else said the waist thing to me, I don't see/feel it, but if you guys say so I'll take it!

V-diet with Indigo-3G and HFSW? Interesting. May I ask what the reasoning is for continuing to include Indigo-3G and keep such a high training volume given the caloric deficit?
