Day 5, week 3, phase 3, hyper trophy.

HFSW was great even though I was exhausted as can be.

Foundation rack pulls were brutal today, but I muscled on. I'm ready for the reduced volume and growth next week

yuupppp--one of my favorite quotes:

No matter how strong you think you are, there is always a 12-year-old girl in China warming up with your max.

Thanks for the vid!

HFSW:

Bench 185 better than yesteday
Military press 115 was much better
Sumo 255

Good session, had an incredible lower back pump so I had to cut my last cluster set short at 5.

Lat/bicep session for peak week was insane. The pumps I got from having all these carbs this week was just amazing.

Great great day. Peak week has been great and I'm interested in the next few weeks.

I learned a few things this peak week. I'm stronger than I think. Just keep pushing.

Eating 500g of carbs a day leads to quite the muscle pumps and frankly the muscles are so full all day they get a bit sore.

500g of carbs is a lot of carbs. It's doable with clean sources, especially rice pasta, but it's a lot of eating.

Lifting 1 a day versus 2 is a nice change of pace, but I really like that 2nd session.

looks similar to the picture I took the other day when my giant box of supps came in the other day! Adding Anaconda and Power Drive into the mix for a workout that I'm testing :)

Hey Corst,

Has been a while since you've put up pictures. I threw together this comparison for you. Back looks thicker...shoulders have grown A LOT .... look at the valley you have created between the shoulder and neck area...:-) Lats look wider as well.

Will be interesting after you're done with this next leaning phase to see some comparison's.

Good progress. I think once you strip some of the fat off, you will be a lot happier with your physique. I have been doing the same and am feeling a lot better about my results. Keep up the good work.

I didn't really feel like my photos would show anything. I only took these because I needed more recent current to go with my V-diet. Let's see what happens! Thanks for the side by side, I feel my chest, lats, arms, forearms, back and shoulders have grown like crazy and if you look at the side bicep you can see a difference in my quads. I can feel the difference, just doesn't show so much, they are up about 3 inches though since the start.

Ha! Almost! Someone else said the waist thing to me, I don't see/feel it, but if you guys say so I'll take it!

V-diet day 2 went well.

HFSW session was just insane. MY intensity was a 12, and I plan on keeping it there.
3x8
Bench: 145
Clean from hang: 85
Push press: 105
Squat: 155

Explosive was the name of today's game. I was on fire. I hit 1 jump that I didn't know if I was going to come down from.

V-diet with Indigo-3G and HFSW? Interesting. May I ask what the reasoning is for continuing to include Indigo-3G and keep such a high training volume given the caloric deficit?
