what do you use Rhodiola for exactly and how to you like it?

Started using it because I really increased training volume lately and just general stress. unfortunately I can't be at all sure that it's been helpful. Still, it's cheap enough to give it a shot.

For anyone that's been reading my log sorry for the lack of posts the past several days but my isp has been down for several days. I tend to not log on at work so the little I've done has been over my phone and that was getting old quick.

Overall things are going ok but just ok. Weight loss has been alot slower than I'd hoped and that is my top physique oriented goal. Still never noticed the pumps guys have mentioned. Workouts have been great but I have to say I was expecting that with near 1000cal and all the nutrients in SWF and Anaconda every workout. One surprising side effect is that sleep has been much better.

I'll take measurements this weekend and if it's not a good improvement over this past weekend I'm gonna have to try a different approach. I'm thinking of just trying something v-diet like just with more carbs and less protein.

After 25 days my measurements are now

Neck 17.75" -.25"
Chest 47.75" -.25"
Waist at Navel 43.5" no change
Hips 41" no change
Upper Arm 17.0" +0.5"
Upper Leg 26.5" no change
Lower Leg 18" no change

I have to be honest and say I'm a little disappointed at this level of progress after 3+ weeks. I must be doing something wrong but I honestly don't know what it might be. Oh well, off to the gym. Keep plugging awat at it.

The product works, no doubt about that. Some people have a different response time-curve. My WIFE, wanted to stop INDIGO after 2 weeks because she wasn't seeing results. But now, 9 weeks after she started she is down to 124lbs from 141!!! It took her 3 weeks to see important results. It took me 3... different physiologies with different problems have different response time-curve.

INDIGO makes some profound physiological changes, some of which may require time to be ''expressed'' in the form of actual measurable results... heck even bodybuilders using growth hormone mention that it takes 2 months to see a differance!!! With INDIGO it's less than that, and to me the results are more interesting.

But that having been said, maybe you are not doing everything optimally to get the most out of INDIGO. How have you been training? I can help you!

Well, I suppose it's way past time I updated this log. I kept putting it off because I was hoping to make more progress to show in my pics, but fat loss has been painfully slow.

Anyways, here's an updated pic. I've gone from 255 to 223. It's just taken a significant amount of time to do it, and I know I still have about 30-40 to lose. The frustrating part is that most of it came off during a period of low carb dieting. I know we're supposed to keep carbs in with indigo but I wasn't making any progress on the fat loss front while eating carbs(even with indigo).

I seem to be one of the handful that wasn't fortunate in that regard. I experienced pretty much all the other benefits that users have mentioned. With 12 caps/day the amount of work I was able to do was kinda silly(I was actually more limited by free time than anything else) and I added strength pretty regularly. I just can't stick to low carb diets for very long so I'm trying with moderate carbs(workouts and dinners).
