hi biker
happy holidays to you!
yes i trained on Christmas day.(but i did take the day off from work and spend it with my family) My youngest is 16, so the times of watching them open their eyes under the tree are behind us. and no grandchildren yet(drives my wife crazy).
i was off on xmas eve.
i'll probably train new years also. besides, for me, new years was always an overrated holiday.
Honestly, i'll work every day. The only days that i want to take off are, 12/24, 12/25, and 7/4

Biker sent Stew: Looks like you're off to a strong 2014.

Thanks. Small steps only, as the abs still got to heal and get stronger.

Strange - never ever thought Oklahoma would beat Bama. But the best team won, and what is done is done.

Tuesday 500 swings with 50 lb kettlebell. I just noticed that everyone else on here who posts regularly is at level 10 and I'm not. Got to make significant supplement order soon, then I can finally start Built for Bad.

Biker asked Stew: When will we be reading about your squatting 315?

--------------------------------------------------------------

The batteries in the calculator died, but......................got the leg presses up to 50 pounds (or twenty-five pounds per leg for unilateral work) and the doctor is approving a five pound increase per month per arm/leg or ten pounds cumulative, so we got say 27 months to go should I live that long.

But hopefully much sooner than that.

You have not posted in over a month? Hope you are remaining healthy and are only sidetracked with one of those time-consuming cases.
